SATURDAY IS PHOBLOG DAY!

TODAY, I don’t know what I’m going to do.  It is supposed to be very hot.  So I’ll probably make sure everyone has water and a good fly mask… and then I’ll probably go out there in the heat of the day and hose everyone off.

HERE WE GO!

Great shot! However, I think it is AI. The feathers don’t look real.

I remember… McDonalds.

Gorgeous wild one.

I love old, dusty Western boardwalks.

I’ve been to Manhattan… but never really understood how it was all laid out.

A reader just sent this in and said it was a much better map… and she’s right!! There is water in between!!

Somewhere in the Sierra Nevadas. Looks very soothing on a very hot afternoon here…

Nope. Never.

Some people are so creative!

Maybe a good idea for someone in need out there.

Not something you see everyday.

A beautiful foal.

This is a real horse. I saw its baby pic. Wow!

Gorgeous.

Everyone needs a refresher every now and then.

AND THIS old gal is Mama Tess’ 3rd foal. Yep. She was foaled in 2000. I sold her to a show home in 2004… and three weeks ago, her present owner contacted me and asked if I would take her back. Here she is on Day 2. Welcome back, Stella! It is great to see you again. (Story to come)

In response to Bonnie, the best – in terms of humor, that is – “map” of NYC appeared long ago on the cover of The New Yorker. If you can find that “map” online, and if you are/were a current or former resident of that world’s greatest city, you will get a chuckle out of it. I had the poster-size framed on my den wall for years.
