Before there was the Horse and Man Blog, there was the television series, HORSE AND MAN. Producing that series was so much fun and the highlight of my career. I was able to go anywhere in the USA to film interesting, unusual and wonderful horse stories. I loved searching for the compelling, the humorous, the heartfelt, the beyond imagination stories of the incredible bond between equines and their humans.

When the series went into hiatus, I just couldn’t stop. I realized that searching out horse stories/news/products/medical advancement was what I loved to do! So, here I am. The blog started in 2010 and I wrote daily for 14 years. Inside these archives are over 4000 blog post on all things horse related. Please enjoy!

I do want to add that in 2011, we created the Horse and Man Foundation, Inc., a 501c3 Non-Profit to consolidate donations for horses in need. This was a monthly venture through The Drop in the Bucket Fund where we have raised over a million dollars for specific horses in dire need. We’ve also helped launch phenomenal, grass-roots based horse product companies which have grown exponentially.

Writing this blog and immersing myself in this world for all those years gave me a great gift. Not only the daily knowledge, but the sharing with so many millions of readers. I truly read every comment and try to respond to every email. It has been, and continues to be, a delight.
