Kathy: Thank you for donating! And don’t worry, no one wants her to suffer any more… however, she doesn’t want to die. She survived like this in a field, alone, for 3 weeks. She is a fighter. She is alert, grazing, chowing down, lets her humans clean the wounds twice a day and is whinnying greetings to everyone. Yes, there is pain but she seems totally willing to endure to heal.
Just donated. This poor mare. I think the same should be done to the guy that did this to her. I hope they can help her and give her quality of life. I can’t image the pain she went through.
