Today Hubby is home!
I’m going to get 12 bales of hay and then we will both go to the dump. Sounds romantic, eh? But, we’ll have fun and I’m so happy that he’s here!
Tonight, we are taking EJ (16 year old stepdaughter) and one of her friends to watch a professional Roller Derby Team that we have nearby! They asked us to take them…
I have mixed feelings about it because I’d love for her to take up a sport and have to practice something daily, but I also am a bit confused by the outfits those girls wear. And, they seem to yell a lot… Still, I know I wore some crazy stuff when I was 16. In fact, I still do. ;)
I’m sure they will love the event and titter about it all the way home… and then forget.
