Saturday is PhoBlog Day! Crazy Pigeons, A Two-Headed Turtle and an Mystery Dog!

Saturday is PhoBlog Day!

1)  WHO IS THIS DOG AND WHAT IS THE STORY??!!  This dog has a great story.  But, I lost it somewhere.  What I remember is that he was rescued by a client at the vet clinic where he was taken for severe injuries.  The dog was used as a bait dog in a dog fighting ring.  As you can see, is skull is not shaped correctly and he is missing an ear.  I think the left side of his face has some paralysis.

Anyway, the owner adopted this dog to grow up with his sons.  The sons are now almost adults and the father has written a book (or it is soon to come out) about this dog.

Does anyone have a link to this story or know anything so I can find the story again?  Many thanks!

Who is this dog? Do you know his story? Click to enlarge.

2)  This one cracked me up…

Look closely...

3)  I thought this was very cool.  I don’t remember where this pool was located but I think it was in Europe.

4)  Did you see this on MSNBC?  Evidently, two-headed turtles do survive…

5)  Here are two of my favs.  This is Gabe the Wonder Horse and Topper.  Gabe is telling Topper to quit singing!

"Topper, STOP singing!"

6)  I got this one from MSNBC this week.  I don’t know whether to be fascinated or horrified!

7)  Gotta have the animal photo bomb!
