Today, I will groom. Everyone is shedding and unkempt looking… It feels so hot now! I think it is in the 70’s… which is hot for this time of year. Especially since we had that huge rain/snow storm just last week! I’m sure you read about the avalanche in Tahoe… well, that spot is where we ski, just an hour away. Tragic.

I know it is past Xmas but I just love these guys… especially because I saw them work up at our Fairgrounds for the Draft Horse Classic one year. It was amazing… All of their brass was amazing. These horses are so proud, so confident, so kind… they were a fabulous demonstration of teamwork. They knew they were very well cared for, and they loved their work.
I love horses like this. (I think this is East of Equinox Farm, but not sure.)
