FINALLY. A cushy cowboy boot. I actually ENJOY wearing these! ;) Noble Outfitters All Around Square Toe Boot.

I love the look of Western fashions (especially on other people) but I don’t personally like the fit of Western riding apparel – for me.  Too stiff, too tight, too… hard edged – especially the boots.

So when Noble Outfitters sent to me their ALL AROUND SQUARE TOE BOOTS to try, I was very skeptical.  Before I even put my foot inside, I just knew they’d be uncomfortable.

Now… to step back for a moment… I’m not sure if it is my foot or just my preferences, but cowboy boots always feel like I’m walking in the boot box instead of the boot.  Do you know what I mean?  Heavy, square, hard, heavy…  Ugh.  My feet ache after a day of cowboy boots.  Truly, I may wear them for fashion’s sake, but don’t make me ride in them.

Of course, that must be just me since just about everybody else wears cowboy boots… Or maybe they’ve all just got used to that ‘feel’… But I’m guessing that ‘feel’ is why so many people groan and ‘ahh’ once the boots are off.  Dunno.

This pretty box arrived.

They look really nice… like regular stiff, hard cowboy boots. But they aren’t!! They are soft and NICE.

THESE BOOTS, I SWEAR, I WENT, “AHHHHHH” WHEN I PUT MY WEIGHT ON MY FEET.

OK, so I wasn’t very hopeful with these boots.

I took out all the paper and cardboard inserts, preparing myself to step in and feel like I hadn’t taken out all the cardboard…

…But I was mistaken!

I could not believe it when my foot went ‘cush’ into the boot.  OMG!  It was like I went to Dr. Scholls or something!  Was this a Born?  Clarks?  Naot?  Joseph Seibel?  One of those shoes hospital nurses wear?  It was that comfortable.  Wild!

So, I spent the whole day here cleaning out my storage garage, wearing the boots.  I really wanted to test them as I stood up and down, climbed ladders, squatted, twisted and tucked… and the boots tested great!  The most instantly comfortable cowboy boot I have ever put my foot into.

Please excuse the jeans and focus on the boots. Incredibly soft and cushy - like a Merrill or a Clarks or something. Totally unexpected for a cowboy boot. I couldn't believe it!

The heel looks like wood but it is very springy/spongy. This is the cowboy boot I’ve always dreamed of wearing. A comfortable one that still looks great!

A REAL DEPARTURE – Stealth comfort!

So this boot is a departure.  It is soft.  It has ‘cush’.  The sole is flexible.  The heel is softer.  The whole boot is more lightweight.   But you wouldn’t know it to look at it.  It is stealth comfortable!  It looks great!

And, the toe was hard enough that I would feel safe around my horses.

Finally!

WHERE TO BUY ON SALE (no affiliation)

I totally recommend these.  I feel they run true to size.

(If any of you were alive in the 80’s, I had a pair of platform sandals made out of this same rubber sole/heel material.  I wore them everywhere!  My roommates had to finally steal them and throw them out – that’s how much I loved the feel of the cushy rubber.)

Here is the Noble Outfitter website.  They often have sales… (I ALSO HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR MUDS.  LOVE THEM, TOO.  USED THEM ALL WINTER/SPRING – EVERYDAY.)

I did a Google search and saw that a few places have these exact boots on sale!

Shop around and see where you can get them at the store you like best...
