I thought I would step into it again this week by suggesting another movie… ;)
I’m sure there are readers on both sides of the fence regarding the Mustang as well as there were readers on both sides of the fence regarding MINE THAT BIRD…
THE MUSTANG.
This time, my favorite subject, The Mustang, is presented in film. I haven’t seen this movie, but I watched the trailer. You can watch the trailer, too. Click here.
AMERICAN MUSTANG WAS SHOT IN 3-D!
Now, this is new, eh? I would like to see it for several reasons… but one is to feel how the 3-D imagery impacts the viewer.
SHOWING IN MY FAVORITE PART OF CALIFORNIA – SAN LUIS OBISPO!
The San Luis Obispo International Film Festival is this weekend. And, AMERICAN MUSTANG was a chosen film.
Darryl Hannah narrates…
ELISA WALLACE AND HER MUSTANG DEMO AT THE 2014 GLOBAL DRESSAGE FESTIVAL!
I couldn’t not add this video onto this blogpost…
So timely and so perfect.
In this video, Elisa Wallace puts both of her Mustangs through the dressage course – at Liberty.
Gorgeous.
Mustangs are naturally bred to be the best they can be… Mother Nature knows what is best.
Take a look…

ANOTHER JEWELRY PIECE I’M SELLING FOR THE MAMA TESS SURGERY FUND!
I love this necklace. It is really stunning. Peridot and Amethyst. 15″. Gorgeous.
That’s why I bought it… it is stunning…
…on someone else… with different skin tone. Not me.
Such a bummer. I knew it at the time, but I bought it anyway because I thought I could make it work. But, it my skin color doesn’t do it any justice. So, I’ve never worn it.
I paid $475 for this gem necklace at Planet Blue in Malibu.
I am happy to sell it to someone who will love it and wear it for Mama Tess for $175.
SOLD! THANK YOU, DONNA!
- It can be worn as a bracelet.
THE STORY.
Planet Blue was a sweet little shop in Malibu when I was living in So Cal. (Now it is huge…) Anyway, one of my favorite things to do on a free day was to drive up the coast to Malibu Colony and visit the tiny, homegrown shops there.
My fav at the time was Planet Blue. I’d go there and find great clothing and unusual accessories made by locals.
This was one of them… A local artist gathered all of these gems and strung this piece. It wasn’t difficult to make, but the combinations of shapes and colors is really nice. Very pretty.
I decided that I had to have it because I loved looking at it!
The only problem was that it is a necklace, not something you hang on a wall… and unfortunately, it is totally the wrong color for my skin.
So, I never wear it.
Time to let MT benefit… Please wear this with gusto!
