Friday is a bad day to start a Bucket Fund – I know this… but I did it anyway last Friday because the month felt like it was slipping away and that I needed to get the BF going.
But, I think many of you missed it. The October Bucket Fund story linked here.
In essence, 12 minis (1 stallion, 7 pregnant mares, 2 mares with newborn foals) were trapped in a paddock with horrible sticky weeds and burrs. The horses all have eye injuries, torn lids, corneal abrasions and the stallion was blinded.
The vets think that the horses’ manes, forelocks and legs were covered in needles. When the horses rubbed their eyes, they ripped or infected them.
Yikes.
AND NOW THIS… Poor Mini Florence is heavily pregnant and heaving horribly.
Now we have this video that shows Mini mare Florence, who is heavily pregnant, heaving. She needs immediate care for her heaves and corneal infections.

All deductions are 100% tax deductible! Thank you! Let’s help fix these 12 minis’ eyes, heaves and give the stallion the surgeries he needs. THANK YOU!
