NOVEMBER BUCKET FUND EMERGENCY: Have you heard about the medicinal tea made from donkey hides?! LET’S HELP THESE WOMEN WHO SAVED 50+ DONKEYS (IN ONE DAY) FROM THIS FATE IN TEXAS!

She bought ALL of the donkeys in the kill pen.  More than 50 of them.

Why?  She wanted to save these donkeys from being shipped over the border to the Chinese donkey tea trade.  What is the donkey tea trade?  …  In China, there is a popular trend that ‘tea made from donkey hides’ is considered a cure-all.  This is real.  You can read a CNN article here.  You can read a Newsweek article here.

Now American donkeys are being harvested through kill buyers at meat auctions near the borders.

DISGUSTING. HORRIBLE.  AND THESE DONKEYS WERE GOING THERE.

Suffice it to say that their deaths are horrible.  It has been reported that 20% of the animals die on the way to slaughter, the trade conditions are that bad for these poor beings.  Pure evil.

This is very real in America, as our donkeys are being harvested.   All Seated in a Barn rescue is stepping up to do what they can, saving 50 donkeys from one Texas auction alone.

All Seated in a Barn Rescue needs three more shelters to house these donkeys – and funds to feed them through winter.  Can we help?!

All donations are 100% tax deductibleTHANK YOU in advance!

This makes me nauseous. Is there no end to the vicious exploitation of animals?
