An UPDATE ON TROUBADOUR our February Bucket Fund Horse – I don’t even RECOGNIZE HIM! Wow!

I swear, I had to go back and match markings to believe that this horse whose pic was sent to me today – was actually the same horse we helped in February.

OMGosh! – THE CHANGE IS AMAZING.

Here are some of the pics from Troubadour’s February Bucket Fund.

I enlarged this pic so I could match facial markings… because this horse sure doesn’t look like the new pic… What a change in just 5 months!

The awful conditions from February

He was a bag of bones and malnourished.

HIs first night of safety.

Here you can see his markings on the first night in a safe stall. Note the boney hips and halter burn..

Here you can see his skinny neck and ribs through his long coat.

This was Troubadour after 2 weeks of care. The same marking…

HERE IS TROUBADOUR TODAY!

I cannot believe it!  His facial markings and back foot match!   It is him.   Amazing.   Good job Heart of Phoenix!

I really appreciate these updates because I often wonder what happened to the horses that were helped by the foundation.
